What is Joy’s background and training?
I have been on my spiritual journey for over 20 years. I’m a certified Advanced Soul Realignment Practitioner and have also received training in Quantum Touch and Access Bars® (Access Consciousness).

What is a Soul Realignment Reading, and what will I learn?
During this 60-minute Zoom session, I access your Akashic Records, the energetic records of your Soul across all lifetimes. You'll gain insights into your Soul's origin, natural gifts, primary life lessons, and any karmic patterns, vows, contracts, or energetic blockages that may be affecting your present life. You'll also receive personalised recommendations for clearing these blockages and supporting your spiritual growth.

What’s the difference between a Soul Realignment Reading and Multi-dimensional Clearing & Healing? Which should I start with?
A Soul Realignment Reading helps identify what may be happening at the Soul level, revealing underlying patterns, karmic influences, and energetic blockages.
Multi-dimensional Clearing & Healing focuses on addressing these issues through deeper energy work, clearing limiting patterns, programs, energetic cords, and ancestral and cellular imprints across lifetimes.
Both sessions are 60 minutes long. If you’re new to this work, I recommend starting with a Soul Realignment Reading to gain clarity before moving into deeper healing.

How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s spiritual journey is unique. Many clients notice positive shifts after just one session, while deeper or long-standing patterns may benefit from additional healing sessions.
The number and frequency of sessions depend on your individual needs and how your energy integrates the healing work. I generally recommend allowing 5–7 days between energy healing sessions to give your energy time to integrate and adjust.
I recommend starting with a Soul Realignment Reading to gain clarity about your Soul’s needs, then deciding on follow-up sessions based on what it reveals. There’s no fixed number of sessions or commitment to ongoing treatments.

How are sessions conducted? Are remote sessions as effective as in-person sessions?
I work with clients worldwide. Readings are conducted live via Zoom, while Clearing & Healing sessions can be held on Zoom or remotely without a call, whichever you prefer. Energy healing is not limited by physical distance, so remote sessions can be just as effective as in-person sessions. All appointment times are based on Sydney time (AEST/AEDT).

What is a remote session? Do I need to be online?
All my sessions are available remotely, with two options:
Live Zoom Session: We connect online for your reading, clearing, healing, or activation session.
Offline Remote Session: No video call is needed. We communicate through written messages beforehand to discuss your questions and areas of focus. I then conduct the session remotely, without requiring you to be online at a specific time. Once the session is complete, you'll receive a brief written summary of the reading or energy work performed, along with guidance on how to receive and integrate the energy work.
Energy work is not limited by physical distance, so you can choose whichever format feels most comfortable for you.

Can I have my session in Mandarin?
Yes! Sessions are available in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Simply let me know your preferred language when booking.

What payment options are available?
I accept payments via credit card or PayPal. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD), and your payment provider will handle any necessary currency conversion. Exchange rates and international transaction fees may apply.

How do I schedule my session after payment?
Once your payment is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with an attached PDF containing a link to my booking calendar. Simply follow the link to choose your preferred session date and time. If you haven't received the email within 2 hours , please check your spam folder or contact me for assistance.

How should I prepare for my session?
After booking, you'll receive an email with an attached PDF outlining the preparation steps, including providing your date of birth, a recent photo, and any questions or areas you'd like to focus on. These details help me prepare energetically and make the most of your session. For live Zoom sessions, find a quiet, private space and ensure your internet connection is working. Drinking plenty of water before and after your session is also recommended to support energy integration.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
I understand that plans can change, and I encourage rescheduling whenever possible.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, you may request a refund, subject to a 10% administration fee, or reschedule once at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no additional cost.
For live Zoom sessions, a 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or miss your session, you may reschedule once. However, if you miss your rescheduled session or arrive more than 15 minutes late again, no further rescheduling or refund will be provided.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
